Where are you located?

We are located in New York

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the present time

Do you have any stores located in my city?

At this time we do not have any retail stores open to the public.

Change Submitted Orders?

If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact us at 718 819-8021 or e-mail us at info@prettygourmet.com. To expedite your request, please have your purchase confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Order Status?

If you want to check the status of your order, please check your email for a shipping confirmation from UPS with your tracking information. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to call us at 718 819-8095 or email us at info@prettygourmet.com. We are happy to assist you.

Report Order Problems:

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have any other concerns, please email us at info@prettygourmet.com. To expedite your request, please have your purchase confirmation number available. We always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Telephone Orders

We will be pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call Pretty Gourmet at 718 819-8095 Monday – Sunday 9 am-6 pm EST and a Customer Representative will be able to assist you.

What carriers do you ship through?

Our standard shipping carrier is UPS for US shipments. As is standard practice, UPS does not deliver on Sunday. Standard shipping charges will apply, and are based on the weight and destination of the package. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands or out of the US may have a transit time of 5-12 business days and may ship using USPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. APO and P.O. Box orders will be shipped via USPS, please call 718 819-8021 M-Sat 9am-6 pm EST so we can process an order to be shipped with USPS in the US. Our Overnight/Express shipping carrier is UPS. Once your order has shipped, an e-mail with your tracking information will be sent to the email you provided with your order.

I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?

Yes. We primarily offer wholesale accounts for businesses looking to retail our products. For information please complete our application form in the wholesale section of our website.

This is a gift; do you include prices on your packing slip?

No, the packing slip only includes a list of what products are in the package, the address we are shipping to, and who the gift is from. No prices are included in your package’s shipment.

Payment Options

Pretty Gourmet accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe and is secured by Authorize.net on line security. Credit card information is not stored or saved on www.PrettyGourmet.com. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will be pleased to accept your order by phone. Please call PrettyGourmet.com at 718 819-8095. In the event your credit card is declined, Pretty Gourmet. will inform you of this and will request a new credit card number. All credit card information must match with your financial institution; this includes the billing address, zip code, card holder name, card number, expiration date and security code. If the information does not match correctly, the order will not be processed. As email is not a secure method of transmitting credit card information, we advise that for your protection you do NOT send credit card information via an e-mail message to Customer Service. Instead, we suggest that you call us directly at 718 819-8095 to place an order or update payment information.
